Learn Tai Chi in this hour long class where movements are slow, gentle, and help to build strength, flexibility, and prevent falls. Although this series is especially effective for those with arthritis, it is also a great start for any beginner looking to improve their health and wellness. This is a 12 week series beginning August 3 and running through Oct 19. Tai Chi is possible thanks to a partnership with Yavapai County Community Health Services (YCCHS).
