With the return of the monsoons, our gardens are looking their best and just in time for our longstanding and biggest fundraiser of the year- the Summer Garden Party which we will be hosting Saturday August 23rd, 4pm -7:30pm. As we work together to sustain the Arb, we invite our community to this wonderful evening to show your support for the important work we do.

We are pleased to announce our keynote speaker: Peter Friederici

Peter is a writer, professor, and food systems activist who lives in Flagstaff and teaches at Northern Arizona University. He is the director of the Rural Foods Pathways Project, an interdisciplinary initiative aimed at improving food sustainability and access in northern Arizona. Peter’s articles and essays have been widely published in periodicals such as Orion, Audubon, and High Country News. The night will feature locally sourced food by Square Root Foods, open bar with wine, specialty cocktail and Mother Road beer, raffle, silent auction and live music from Two Hand Union.
