Summer camp is an experience that we might take for granted, but for disadvantaged youth in the Quad-Cities area, attending summer camp is not possible due to financial constraints and limited availability. Our goal this year is to raise enough funds to send fifty boys and girls to the Salvation Army’s Camp Ponderosa, located in Heber, Arizona. The kids enjoy activities such as a climbing tower, splash pad, archery, group games, cabin life, arts and crafts, fun evening programs, and much more. They will discover new friends, experience nature, build character, and challenge themselves. Please consider partnering with us by sponsoring a child, making a cash donation, or by donating items for our raffle or silent auction.

Join the Climate Resilience Project and Superyard Farms in preparing the McCallister Ranch for the upcoming growing season. This is a chance to support a thriving urban agriculture site while contributing to local climate resilience efforts. We’ll be rolling up our sleeves to tackle seasonal tasks like weeding, applying compost, picking up trash, and creating wood chip paths. Come lend a hand, learn something new, and be part of growing a more sustainable Flagstaff! Link: https://gis.flagstaffaz.gov/portal/apps/sites/#/flagstaffclimate/pages/crp
