'What If ...' 15th Anniversary

'What If ...' 15th Anniversary
The Sedona International Film Festival is proud to join theaters around the world for a global encore event: “What If …” on Tuesday and Thursday, Aug. 5 and 7 at the Mary D. Fisher Theatre.
Dallas Jenkins, creator of “The Chosen”, proudly reintroduces his heartfelt family film “What If …”.
Still popular after its release 15 years ago, this faith-filled classic was inspired by Dallas Jenkins’s favorite film, “It’s a Wonderful Life” and follows Ben Walker (Kevin Sorbo), a businessman who abandoned his faith. One day, Ben wakes up living the life he was destined for — married to his college sweetheart (Kristy Swanson) and serving as a small-town pastor.
Featuring memorable performances by John Ratzenberger and Debby Ryan, the film blends humor, heart, and powerful family themes.
To mark its 15th anniversary, Jenkins reunites with Sorbo, Swanson, Ratzenberger, and producer Michael Scott to reflect on its lasting impact in a special feature shown after the film.
Don’t miss this opportunity to experience the film’s inspiring message on the big screen, inviting audiences to reflect on their own “what if” moments and find hope through faith.
“What If …” will be shown at the Mary D. Fisher Theatre on Tuesday, Aug. 5 at 7:00 p.m. and Thursday, Aug. 7 at 4:00 p.m.
Tickets are $12 general admission, or $9 for Film Festival members. For tickets and more information, please call 928-282-1177. Both the theatre and film festival office are located at 2030 W. Hwy. 89A, in West Sedona. For more information, visit: www.SedonaFilmFestival.org.
