World menoPAUSE day RESTORATIVE yoga workshop

Come experience a blissful restorative yoga session with Adonna Rometo, PhD, LMT, RYT-200. Event will also include a brief educational piece on menopause, and participants will be served herbal tea and adaptogen-infused chocolates. There will also be an option for Ayurvedic-style foot massage (padabhyanga.) All are welcome.
