AZ Removed From New York Travel Quarantine Order

istock.com

Arizona is among several states that have been removed from a COVID-19-related quarantine travel order to New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

Travelers from Arizona, Alaska, Delaware, Maryland and Montana will no longer be required to quarantine for 14 days upon arrival. That pars back the list of states and territories on the list to 31, according to New York Governor Andrew Cuomo. The three most-populous states – California, Texas and Florida – remain on the quarantine list. Guam was added for the first time this week. New York, New Jersey and Connecticut first implemented a joint travel advisory in late June as the coronavirus began to peak in other parts of the country.
