Businesses that rely on tourist revenue near the Grand Canyon have taken a major hit as wildfires rage across the region, destroying more than 100 structures in the park.

A low grade monsoon pattern will be in place for the next several days. Widely scattered showers and thunderstorms will develop daily into Tuesday, mainly over the high terrain. High temperatures will continue to run near normal for this time of year. Midweek forward further drying takes place with gradually hot afternoons.
