Arizona to spend $30 million to pay residents' medical debt

Gov. Katie Hobbs announced a plan to use federal funds to pay off medical debt for up to a million Arizonans.

An early autumn pattern continues to unfold Thursday. It will be a windy afternoon that marks the beginning of a gradual cooling trend, becoming much cooler Sunday into next week.Saturday night into Monday rain chances increase as tropical moisture from a Baja, CA storm gets drawn into AZ. This looks to be a potentially very wet set up, especially south of the Mogollon Rim, stay tuned.
