University of Arizona to exhibit Linda McCartney photographs
The University of Arizona announced Thursday that its Center for Creative Photography will host the North American premiere next year of “The Linda McCartney Retrospective,” celebrating her 30-year career as a photographer.
These were the most visited national parks and memorials in 2022
Notable sites such as the Smoky Mountains and the Lincoln Memorial rounded out the top 10 visited places in the National Park System as visits began rebounding from 2021.

'Oppenheimer' will screen in Japan in 2024, distributors say
The decision to release the movie profiling the American scientist follows criticism that the film largely ignored the impact of the bombings that killed more than 200,000 people in Japan.
First case of bird flu not directly linked to sick animals is found in Missouri
So far, there have been 14 human cases of bird flu this year. All the patients — except the one from Missouri — had been linked to sick dairy cows or poultry.

The Grand Canyon is a big place and capturing it on one geologic map was a big job. A new exhibit at the Museum of Northern Arizona tells how that map was made and why it’s called the "Dragon Map."
