The gunfire erupted Sunday at a Los Angeles park where a car show was being held. Police have not offered a motive, and no arrests have been made.

Dozens are reported dead from a fire deep in a gold mine in Peru
The Yanaquihua mining company said 175 workers had been safely evacuated after the accident. It said the 27 dead worked for a contractor that specializes in mining.
