CCSW Cooking Classes: Valentine's Day
Celebrate Valentine’s Day by preparing and enjoying a four-course, restaurant-style meal in this hands-on cooking class. Guests will work together to create a gourmet meal with a classic focus, then sit down to enjoy the finished dishes. Along the way, you’ll build essential knife skills, kitchen fundamentals, and time-saving strategies to become a more confident, intuitive cook—plus plenty of opportunity for conversation and kitchen dialogue.

Appetizer - Bruschetta (Herbed Ricotta, Caramelized Pears, & Spiced Pecans)
Salad - Salad Greens, Strawberries, Chevre, Spiced Pecans, "Creamy" Balsamic Dressing
Main - Pan Seared Ribeye with a Creamy Sherry & Shallot Pan Sauce enjoyed with Gratin Potatoes
Dessert - Dark Chocolate Lava Cake
