Just as this cyclical work – planning, planting, learning, honing and harvesting – is a constant return to the familiar, this event is meant to stir feelings of our own nostalgic meals. This shared meal is a communal appreciation of our local farmers and ranchers and this shared experience calls us to invest in the future of local food for generations to come. During this cocktail party-style event, 150 guests will enjoy seasonally inspired dishes from five local chefs, all prepared with ingredients from dedicated farmers and ranchers.
