History for All: Expanding Access through Digitization

History for All: Expanding Access through Digitization

Sharlot Hall Museum invites you to a thought-provoking panel discussion on the impact of digitization on preserving and sharing history.

Thanks to a generous grant from Arizona Humanities, the Museum has successfully completed the digitization of the full run of Yavapai Magazine—the only known complete collection. This rare archive is now available globally through the Arizona Memory Project, offering unprecedented access to educators, students, researchers, and history enthusiasts.

This panel brings together distinguished museum professionals, scholars, and community partners to explore how digitization:

- Expands access to historical collections
- Enhances educational and research opportunities
- Preserves rare and fragile materials for future generations

Don’t miss this important conversation about the evolving role of technology in historical preservation.
