The Inner Science of Happiness
Buddhism is a scientific method for improving our human nature and qualities through developing the capacity of our mind. In a sense, it's a science of happiness.
We like science because it's logical, reproducible and trustworthy. But often, we do not approach our development of happiness and well-being in a scientific way. Our mental health is so important, so we need to rethink our approach!
To do this, we can experiment with and experientially research what will give us lasting peace. We have all tried many things that have NOT worked. In these classes, we will learn how to understand our mind in new ways so that we can increase our inner peace and happiness and let go of and abandon painful states of mind.
