The Overlook Vista is open daily from 8 AM to 4 PM, depending on the weather. Crafts that can be found at our Artisans' tables include jewelry, ornaments, pottery, sculptures and much more! Check out the Oak Creek Overlook Facebook and Yelp pages for more info and up-to-date hours.

An eclectic market featuring a mix of vintage, upcycled, artisan, antiques, previously loved treasures! Grab some lunch too! Located on Rte 66 in historic downtown Flagstaff.

Every morning, a volunteer naturalist leads a guided nature walk informing visitors about the different life zones of Red Rock State Park. The subjects discussed on this walk may include geology, wildlife, history, archeology, and plant life. The naturalists welcome questions during the walk, enhancing the learning experience. The program is included with park entrance fees.

Ages 8 to 17 Swing by the community room at the East Flagstaff Community Library to play games and table top games! 

Step into an autumn afternoon of refinement and Victorian charm at Sharlot Hall Museum’s Premier Victorian Afternoon Tea on October 16, from 2:00–4:30 PM.

Settle in for a curated program featuring engaging presentations on Victorian etiquette and culture, accompanied by an assortment of seasonal finger foods paired with three aromatic teas that capture the essence of fall.

As a highlight of the afternoon, experience an unforgettable Victorian Fashion Show presented by the Sharlot Hall Museum Victorian Society. Be enthralled by authentic styles and patterns from the past.

This signature tea offers a cozy setting for friendly conversation inspired by Victorian tradition. Share the afternoon with a friend or loved one, or use it as an opportunity to meet someone new.

Looking for an excuse to hang out with cool people and make some art? Look no further! Come, relax, and participate in group sketching prompts. This is NOT an art class, but beginners are more than welcome!
Extra drawing utensils and paper pads will be provided.

The Flagstaff Plein Air Festival will take place from October 4–25, 2026, challenging both painters and photographers to capture the beauty of the Northern Arizona region, on location. This multi-day event blends artistic practice with community engagement, environmental awareness, and visual storytelling.

At the culmination of the festival, participants will showcase their work in a professionally juried exhibition. The public is welcome to watch the artists at work throughout the week, participate in a variety of workshops and presentations, and purchase completed artwork at the culminating First Glimpse Reception and Sale. A two-week Festival Exhibition to follow.

This event, known as parkrun, takes place every Saturday morning - same time, same place, same 5K distance. Run, walk, jog, walk the dog, push the grandchildren in a stroller, or volunteer - this event is free, for everyone, forever. It is an opportunity to get outside into the fresh air with a bunch of like-minded folks. It’s is worldwide. Join us for our 29th year! "See your neighbors. Meet your farmers. Know your food." The Prescott Farmers Market takes place Saturdays from 7:30am to 12:00pm at 900 Iron Springs Road (Dignity Health, YRMC Miller Valley lot at Iron Springs/Miller Valley) from April 4 through October 31, 2026. This market hosts local farmers, ranchers and food and craft vendors each week. Customers can find fresh specialty produce, meat, seafood, eggs, bread, baked goods, delicious ready-to-eat foods and more.
