The NAU Cello Studio is going to Italy! This summer, members of the studio will be attending the InterHarmony International Music Festival in Acqui Terme, Piedmont, Italy! The cello studio is reaching out to their community to help make this once in a lifetime opportunity a reality! This event, known as parkrun, takes place every Saturday morning - same time, same place, same 5K distance. The Prescott Farmers Market takes place Saturdays from 7:30am to 12:00pm at 900 Iron Springs Road (Dignity Health, YRMC Miller Valley lot at Iron Springs/Miller Valley) from April 4 through October 31, 2026. This market hosts local farmers, ranchers and food and craft vendors each week. Customers can find fresh specialty produce, meat, seafood, eggs, bread, baked goods, delicious ready-to-eat foods and more. Science Saturday is an event held on the first Saturday of every month from 9:30am-11:30am. Each month is focused on a different theme, and each event offers fun and educational hands-on activities. Artists, scientists, and experts join us on occasion to provide extra special opportunities to learn and explore. There is no need to RSVP, and the events are drop-in format.
Thanks to generous funding from Flagstaff365, Creative Flagstaff, APS, and the City of Flagstaff BBB Revenues, this event is free and open to the public.
We’re excited to announce that Living History interpreters will be at the Ft. Whipple Museum on the first Saturday of each month from 10 AM to 3 PM, April through November.
Join us for our next Living History Day on Saturday, April 4, 2026.
Interpreters dressed in accurate period attire will discuss and demonstrate the use of military and medical artifacts from the time when Ft. Whipple was in operation. Demonstrations will include medical tools, firearms, and other items commonly found in the kit of a typical trooper stationed on the Arizona frontier.
As with Living History Adventure on the main Sharlot Hall Museum campus, Living History at Ft. Whipple Museum runs from April through November.Admission to the Ft. Whipple Museum is free to the public, including during first-Saturday Living History days.
The Ft. Whipple Museum is open Fridays and Saturdays, 10 AM to 4 PM.

Saddle up, partners! A band of mischievous outlaw eggs have scattered themselves all over the Museum. Your mission: jot down where each egg is hiding. Keep your eyes sharp and see if you’ve got what it takes to be the quickest egg-wranglin’ detective in the West. When you’ve found them all, mosey on over to the gift shop and turn in your roundup sheet to claim your reward.
Hop into the holiday spirit! Easter is almost here, and the Sharlot Hall Museum is celebrating with a special Pop‑Up craft.
From 10:00 AM–2:00 PM, swing by the West Gallery to design your very own Easter greeting card.
Pop-Up activities are included with General Admission.
Bring a group of friends and try something you don't see everyday, like trapeze or pole samplers. These 30 minute samplers are short but sweet introductions to aerial-- that means there's no experience required! Being only $14 dollars per sampler, you are free to try everything. There is absolutely no limit to the amount of samplers you can sign up for, in fact we encourage you to try them all and see which apparatus speaks to your heart more. Teens may participate in adult samplers. We hope to see you on April 4th! Registration in advance is recommended. These samplers fill up so fast!
