An eclectic market featuring a mix of vintage, upcycled, artisan, antiques, previously loved treasures! Grab some lunch too! Located on Rte 66 in historic downtown Flagstaff.

Every morning, a volunteer naturalist leads a guided nature walk informing visitors about the different life zones of Red Rock State Park. The subjects discussed on this walk may include geology, wildlife, history, archeology, and plant life. The naturalists welcome questions during the walk, enhancing the learning experience. The program is included with park entrance fees.

Ages 8 to 17 Swing by the community room at the East Flagstaff Community Library to play games and table top games! 

Looking for an excuse to hang out with cool people and make some art? Look no further! Come, relax, and participate in group sketching prompts. This is NOT an art class, but beginners are more than welcome!
Extra drawing utensils and paper pads will be provided.

FSO celebrates America’s 250th birthday with THREE world premieres by American composers, plus an incredible multidisciplinary performance. Joan Tower’s Fanfare for the Uncommon Woman precedes a new commission from composer Benjamin Taylor, with aerial photography visuals by Charles Latshaw celebrating northern Arizona’s beautiful landscapes. We celebrate the 100th anniversary of Route 66 with two premieres by Nolan Stolz. And we present Peter Boyer’s Ellis Island: The Dream of America, which brings together FSO, six Flagstaff-based actors, and a beautiful video presentation of historical photos and documents to celebrate America’s great cultural history of immigration.

This event, known as parkrun, takes place every Saturday morning - same time, same place, same 5K distance. Run, walk, jog, walk the dog, push the grandchildren in a stroller, or volunteer - this event is free, for everyone, forever. It is an opportunity to get outside into the fresh air with a bunch of like-minded folks. It’s is worldwide. Every Saturday about 350,000 people all around the world are doing their own local parkrun. Visit our website and complete a one-time registration so your parkrun efforts can be recorded. Join us for our 29th year! "See your neighbors. Meet your farmers. Know your food." The Prescott Farmers Market takes place Saturdays from 7:30am to 12:00pm at 900 Iron Springs Road (Dignity Health, YRMC Miller Valley lot at Iron Springs/Miller Valley) from April 4 through October 31, 2026. This market hosts local farmers, ranchers and food and craft vendors each week. Bird enthusiasts join a naturalist for a guided walk appropriate for beginner and advanced birders. Most year-round birds are found in the riparian area next to Oak Creek or along the field behind the Visitor Center. The Audubon Society has designated Red Rock State Park as part of the Lower Oak Creek Important Birding Area (IBA) because of the many species that live or visit here. Please meet up with the leader on the viewing deck above the visitor center.
