Officials with the Arizona Department of Transportation plan to create safety corridors on several state highways.
The project will focus on areas with high numbers of fatal crashes and DUIs. The corridors will include increased law enforcement patrols and safety signage. ADOT plans to implement four corridors, including one on Interstate 40 through Kingman.
