Furloughed: Forest Service Employee Weighs in on Shutdown’s Effects

This week, we’re talking to local federal employees affected by the government shutdown. Berkeley Krueger is an engine captain with the U.S. Forest Service on the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests and one of 800,000 federal workers currently furloughed. He spoke with KNAU’s Gillian Ferris about how the shutdown is impacting his job and his family.
