Driver, Student Injured In Crash Of Prescott School Bus

Office of Gov. Doug Ducey

Police in Prescott say one student and a bus driver have been taken to a hospital after a school bus with seven children aboard crashed into a power pole.

They say the student and driver were complaining about back pain after Tuesday morning’s slow-speed crash.

Police say the bus driver reportedly veered off the road about 8 a.m.

Six other students were on the Prescott Unified School District bus at the time of the crash. Police say the cause of the crash is under investigation.
