Primary Boat Ramp On Lake Powell Set To Reopen

NPS

Officials at Glen Canyon National Recreation Area say they’ll partially reopen the Stateline Auxiliary Boat Ramp at Lake Powell Thursday.

It was among several ramps closed as water levels on the lake have dropped to historic lows this year. On Oct. 1 officials will fully reopen the ramp. Officials have been extending ramps to access the lake during low water.

The Stateline ramp is located in the southern area of Lake Powell with the area’s highest visitation. See the National Park Service’s website for the most up-to-date information on lake levels and ramp closures.
