What started out as a small production on a dirt lot, has today turned into a thriving local market with food vendors, art, fresh produce, and more! The Flagstaff Community Market is dedicated to providing an outlet for small-scale vendors the opportunity to thrive in our community by giving them a place to sell their local, sustainably grown food as well as other hand-crafted products. This market also promotes education in the community and works to encourage those in rural and urban parts in the city to grow their own food. The Flagstaff Community Market started in 2000 and now has a partner market focused solely on supporting local artisans called the Flagstaff Urban Flea Market. Please come and enjoy each of the markets and discover what Flagstaff locals have in store for you!

An eclectic market featuring a mix of vintage, upcycled, artisan, antiques, previously loved treasures! Grab some lunch too! Located on Rte 66 in historic downtown Flagstaff.

Join Flagstaff Open Space for a kid-friendly Tarantula Trek - either from 10am-noon, or 12pm-2pm - where we'll explore a portion of the McMillan Mesa Loop Trail from Buffalo Park, and search for tarantulas along the way! Space is limited, so, pre-registration is required.

Over the weekend of October 2-4, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day, the Prescott Area Artist Studio Tour will showcase 74 artists across 52 private studios, as well as additional artists in three Art Centers, throughout the Prescott/Quad-City area. This beloved annual event offers attendees an opportunity to visit with the artists, observe their creative processes and purchase one-of-a-kind works of art in many different mediums, ranging from painting and ceramics to jewelry and glass. Attendees of this free, self-guided event may begin at any location and visit as many studios as they like.

Each year, attendees of the Prescott Area Artist Studio Tour report that one of the most intriguing aspects is the opportunity to observe artists as they actively demonstrate their craft. This experience allows attendees to learn about the materials, techniques and processes used in creating a work of art, while forging a personal connection with the artists.

Experience a powerful opening to the season as Maestro Peter Bay leads Arizona Philharmonic in an afternoon of classical brilliance. Virtuosic violinist Steven Moeckel takes the stage for Beethoven’s radiant Violin Concerto, showcasing one of the repertoire’s most celebrated and demanding works. The program continues with Mozart’s triumphant Jupiter Symphony, alongside José Carlos Campos’s lively Danza rústica. Join Arizona Philharmonic on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at 3:00 PM for an unforgettable performance celebrating virtuosity, energy, and the enduring brilliance of great composers.
