Prescott’s Phippen Museum is once again hosting the 10th Arizona Pastel Artists Association National Show. The exhibition and sale runs from February 28 through April 19, 2026. Creativity and unique subject matters spark this showcase of paintings full of rich, saturated colors that only pastels can achieve.
We invite you to the grand opening reception on March 14th from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM. The reception includes a presentation by artist Karen Budan, a luncheon and an awards ceremony, which are open to the public and free of charge.
Paintings in the exhibition include landscape, still life, abstract and more, including western and local themes. Works from fifteen northern Arizona artists will be on display as well as artists from across the state and nation. Nationally acclaimed and award-winning artist, Karen Budan, served as judge for the juried show. Karen is a contemporary still life artist, whose style ranges from realistic to highly photorealistic. Her paintings capture vivid colors, luminous reflections and extraordinary detail. The Phippen Art Museum is located at 4701 Highway 89 North in Prescott.
