The Prescott Farmers Market takes place Saturdays from 7:30am to 12:00pm at 900 Iron Springs Road (Dignity Health, YRMC Miller Valley lot at Iron Springs/Miller Valley) from April 5, 2025 through October 25, 2025. This market hosts local farmers, ranchers and food and craft vendors each week. Customers can find fresh specialty produce, meat, eggs, bread, baked goods, delicious ready-to-eat foods and more. As a vital part of the economy, the mission of Prescott Farmers Market is to support and expand local agriculture, cultivate a healthy community and increase access to affordable local food. We accept cash, credit, debit and DOUBLE EBT/SNAP benefits and issue coupons for WIC/CSFP! *Pets/support dogs are not allowed at the market. This event, known as parkrun, takes place every Saturday morning - same time, same place, same 5K distance. Run, walk, jog, walk the dog, push the grandchildren in a stroller, or volunteer - this event is free, for everyone, forever. It is an opportunity to get outside into the fresh air with a bunch of like-minded folks. It’s is worldwide. Find your flow at Family Yoga! Join Miss Tanna for simple, kid-friendly yoga poses and breathing exercises. Bring your own mat, towel, or blanket. Geared for families with children ages 3-9. No fee or registration required. Presented with funding from the Friends of the Prescott Public Library.
Improvised theater! This one-hour show consists of 6 Mainstage castmembers. The audience will experience games, scenes and stories all made up moment to moment - the stakes are high, but the humor is... high-larious. Please don't use that as a barometer.

21st Annual Sedona Plein Air FestivalOctober 20 – 26, 2025Join us for the 21st Annual Sedona Plein Air Festival, presented by Sedona Arts Center (SAC)—an immersive celebration of art set against the awe-inspiring red rock landscapes of Sedona, Arizona. As one of the oldest continuously running plein air festivals in the western United States, this iconic event brings together master artists from across the country to paint on location and share their talents with the public.
Held during Sedona’s most beautiful season, the festival features a week of outdoor painting, special exhibitions, engaging workshops, and free community events. With 67 years of history, SAC continues to honor its legacy as the heart of Sedona’s creative community and a cornerstone of its identity as an art colony.

Prescott Valley Public Library invites young scientists and engineers to join us for a spooky and sweet adventure this October!
Explore science, engineering, and problem-solving in a fun and meaningful way! Step into the shoes of scientists and engineers this October with two hands-on challenges full of spooky fun and sweet rewards! First, bring “ghosts” to life with the power of static electricity as you explore how invisible electric charges can make paper spirits rise, float, and dance in the air. Then, take on an engineering design challenge by creating your very own candy dispenser. Using everyday materials, participants will design, test, and improve their creations while learning about simple machines, gravity, and the engineering process. This STEAM Lab is designed for youth ages 5-12 and encourages curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking—perfect for a month of tricks, treats, and science!
