Step into the shadows for a haunting night of dance, suspense, and supernatural storytelling. Bloody Mary Returns brings the infamous mirror legend to life through chilling choreography, eerie visuals, and a dark battle for survival. When the Queen of the Underworld leaves to seek revenge on the witch who imprisoned her, Bloody Mary is left in control—and a dangerous plan is set in motion. Summoned through the mirror, a group of witches must navigate a sinister underworld filled with manipulation, torment, and terrifying minions as they fight to find their way back.
Will they escape the darkness or become trapped in it forever? Experience a horror-inspired dance production that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

This event, known as parkrun, takes place every Saturday morning - same time, same place, same 5K distance. Stop by the NACA Oak Creek Overlook Vista for beautiful & authentic Native American crafts! Our Artisans can also be found at the Grand Canyon Tusayan Museum!

The Overlook Vista is open daily from 8 AM to 4 PM, depending on the weather. Crafts that can be found at our Artisans' tables include jewelry, ornaments, pottery, sculptures and much more! Check out the Oak Creek Overlook Facebook and Yelp pages for more info and up-to-date hours.

Bird enthusiasts join a naturalist for a guided walk appropriate for beginner and advanced birders. Most year-round birds are found in the riparian area next to Oak Creek or along the field behind the Visitor Center. The Audubon Society has designated Red Rock State Park as part of the Lower Oak Creek Important Birding Area (IBA) because of the many species that live or visit here. Please meet up with the leader on the viewing deck above the visitor center.

$25 ticket includes Peavine Trail hike at your own pace, picnic lunch, vendors and exhibitors, fun dog activities, games, face painting, photo ops and more. One free tote bag with $50 total purchase (2 tickets or ticket plus donation). One free t-shirt with $100 total purchase (4 tickets or ticket(s) plus donation). Friendly dogs on 6' non-retractable leads are welcome.

Proceeds support our programs and services for animals in need. Your event ticket will contribute to our efforts to find homes for homeless cats and dogs and will support our community programs, which provide low-cost spay/neuter for community pets, no-cost spay/neuter for feral cats, nutritious food for pets in low-income households, and veterinary expense funding for critically ill and injured pets in low-income households.

Develop writing skills to introduce yourself, your artwork, and your professional experience.

The bio, résumé, and artist statement are typical portfolio requirements when applying for grants, exhibitions, residencies, fellowships, and other creative opportunities. This engaging workshop presents different writing strategies tailored to various types of opportunities, provides examples and writing prompts, and offers feedback on writing samples generated during the class. Participants leave prepared to complete their own written documents.

Join the Fix-It Clinic on Saturday, November 7th, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Joe C. Montoya Community and Senior Center near Thorpe Park (245 N. Thorpe Rd.) to get your household item repaired and returned to life and kept of the landfill!

Our amazing volunteers can assist with repairs on almost anything, including electronics, jewelry, clothing, bicycles, and more, all for free! While appointments are recommended, they are not required.

We’re excited to announce that Living History interpreters will be at the Ft. Whipple Museum on the first Saturday of each month from 10 AM to 3 PM, April through November.

Join us for our next Living History Day on Saturday, November 7, 2026

Interpreters dressed in accurate period attire will discuss and demonstrate the use of military and medical artifacts from the time when Ft. Whipple was in operation. Demonstrations will include medical tools, firearms, and other items commonly found in the kit of a typical trooper stationed on the Arizona frontier.

As with Living History Adventure on the main Sharlot Hall Museum campus, Living History at Ft. Whipple Museum runs from April through November.

Admission to the Ft. Whipple Museum is free to the public, including during first-Saturday Living History days.

The Ft. Whipple Museum is open Fridays and Saturdays, 10 AM to 4 PM.

Every morning, a volunteer naturalist leads a guided nature walk informing visitors about the different life zones of Red Rock State Park. The subjects discussed on this walk may include geology, wildlife, history, archeology, and plant life. The naturalists welcome questions during the walk, enhancing the learning experience. The program is included with park entrance fees.

Drop-in to the weekly Casual Chess program, where adult and teen players of all levels are welcome. Whether you're brand new to the game, a casual player, or an advanced competitor, Casual Chess offers a supportive and engaging environment. Come play, learn, and enjoy chess with others in your community. Boards and clocks will be available.  Chess Meetup is held in partnership with Prescott Chess Club. Club membership is not required.
