Build and Belong Club is a monthly LEGO-based social group in Prescott, welcoming neurodivergent participants of all ages from across the Tri-City area, including Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Dewey-Humboldt, and nearby communities. Each session offers a blend of open free-build time and optional guided LEGO activities, creating a relaxed, supportive environment where participants can explore creativity, strengthen problem-solving skills, and build connections at their own pace. The club is intentionally inclusive and strengths-based, honoring different communication styles, interests, and ways of engaging. Two groups: one for children and one for adults that will run simultaneously, allowing families and individuals to participate in a way that feels most comfortable. Build and Belong Club is offered in collaboration with Polara Health, AZA United, and the Prescott Public Library, partners committed to fostering community connection, accessibility, and lifelong learning. Together, we aim to provide a welcoming space where participants don't just build with LEGO bricks, they build confidence, friendships, and a sense of belonging. Notes on Registering: If we should be aware of allergens or other information, please leave that in the Special Notes section of the registration form.  Please register using the name of the individual participating.  There will be a separate space to notate if there are additional family members or aides attending to assist. 

Vice Chair Nikki Check is holding a Verde Village Town Hall on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 4:30pm. The Town Hall will be held at Verde Village Community Connection Clubhouse located at 4855 E Broken Saddle Dr. Cottonwood, AZ 86326.

Town Halls provide the community with quality time and opportunity to learn and ask questions regarding the everyday functions of Yavapai County Government. The departments represented at the Town Halls will be Development Services, Public Works, Community Health Services, Emergency Management, Flood Control, and the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office. Please join us, ask questions, and speak to Vice Chair Check.

Hosted by Northern Arizona poet and performer Joshua Wiss. The program begins with a featured performance by Wiss, whose work explores place, identity, wonder, and the human experience. Following a brief musical intermission, audience members are invited to share their own original poetry, spoken word, stories, or reflections during an open mic session.

Inspired by the themes of NightVisions: AMBER, this community gathering welcomes both seasoned performers and first-time readers. Whether you come to listen, share, or simply enjoy an evening of creative expression, this event offers a space to connect through words and imagination.

Irish Night, a new addition to Charly's legendary musical array, will take place every Thursday, 7-9:30pm in Flagstaff's Weatherford Hotel. It features Wild World Irish Fiddle, a blend of authentic, dreamy melodies, stomping jigs, and reels with world and Latin twists, as traditional fiddler Kate Rose joins forces with masterful multi-genre guitarist Armand Ramirez. Result: an intoxicating fusion and original, deeply rooted musical experience. The icing on the cake: all the dancers out there will love getting down to the fiery sounds, as Kate teaches simple Irish dance moves and configurations to liven your party. There may even be drinking games or drinking dances. Lovers of Ireland and all things Celtic will connect with poetic interludes and stories from Kate's years in County Clare learning among the fiddling farmers.
