The Arizona Wine Country Artists Village invites visitors to experience its next juried fine art and fine craft fair, taking place over the weekend of April 24–26, 2026 (10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday), at Old Town Activity Park in Cottonwood. This popular event will feature an exceptional lineup of local and regional artists and fine crafters. Admission is free, and the event is welcoming to families and leashed pets.
Old Town Activity Park is located just off Main Street at 187 E. Pima Street, placing the fair within easy walking distance of Cottonwood’s shops, galleries, restaurants, lodging and numerous wine tasting rooms. Nestled within the federally recognized Verde Valley American Viticultural Area (AVA), Artists Village is an ideal destination for a full day of art, food and wine country exploration. Highlights of the April fair will include:
-Top Regional Artists: A juried showcase of fine artists and fine crafters presenting original works in a variety of mediums.-Free Scavenger Hunt and Raffle: A popular, interactive scavenger hunt featuring donated artwork, with raffle prizes including a $500 cash grand prize.-Children’s Art Activity Tent: A hands-on creative space where kids can explore art-making in a fun, welcoming environment.

The Sedona Visual Artists’ Coalition (SVAC) is pleased to invite art lovers and curious explorers alike to experience the 23rd Annual Spring Open Studios Tour, taking place over the weekend of April 24–26, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. This free and popular self-guided event offers a rare opportunity to meet 55 working artists across 35 private studios throughout Sedona and the greater Verde Valley.
The Spring Open Studios Tour is a premier regional event offering visitors the unique opportunity to meet local artists, explore their creative processes, and purchase original works across diverse mediums like painting, ceramics, and jewelry. Spanning communities from Sedona to Clarkdale, the tour has been thoughtfully redesigned by the SVAC to minimize driving while maximizing the variety of talent on display. In addition to discovering one-of-a-kind art, attendees can enter a free studio-wide drawing for a $250 gift certificate, redeemable at any participating location.
Maps and informative brochures featuring artist listings and studio locations will be available leading up to the Tour at select locations throughout the community and online at https://sedonaartistscoalition.org. The duplex-style Riordan Mansion remains one of the finest examples of American Arts and Crafts-style architecture open to the public today. Designed by the architect of the impressive El Tovar Hotelat the Grand Canyon, Charles Whittlesey, the homes were built in 1904 with indoor plumbing, hotand cold running water, central heat, and electric lights, reflecting the most modern technology anddesign of the time.Seen by guided tour only, the interiors of the Riordan family homes look essentially as they did in 1904.The homes showcase original family belongings including fine examples of early Stickley furniture.
Volunteer opportunities available include Front Desk, Interpretive Tours, Grounds and Maintenance services.

Register now for the Recycled Fashion Show, happening live in the library auditorium.This year’s theme is Time Traveler’s Ball: Fashion Through Time, and participants ages 10 and up are invited to create and model an original design made primarily from reused or repurposed materials. Contestants will showcase their work during the live show for a panel of judges, with prizes awarded in two age groups. Audience members of all ages are welcome to attend and cheer on the designers.
Registration closes April 21, 2026, so sign up, get creative, and start designing.

The HeArt Box Gallery is excited to present Re-Source, a juried exhibition celebrating creative reuse, sustainable materials, and ecological mindfulness. Opening on Friday, April 24, the exhibition invites the Flagstaff community to engage with art that sparks reflection on the origins, life cycle, and impact of the materials we use.
Re-Source is presented in partnership with Azulita Project, a nonprofit dedicated to reducing plastic waste and promoting environmentally conscious practices. The exhibition features innovative, thought-provoking works by artists exploring recycled, repurposed, biodegradable, and locally sourced materials, highlighting how artistic practice can align with environmental stewardship.
The ticketed opening reception and fundraiser on April 24 will feature a mini art walk between The HeArt Box Gallery and Mountain Sports, offering an interactive way to explore sustainable art and community engagement. Opening night ticket sales and donations support Azulita Project's mission to empower community action to prevent and reduce plastic waste.
