More than 40 law enforcement agencies have been involved in planning security efforts for the massive event in Glendale over the last 18 months.

Kingman’s 911 call center has added another layer of public safety telecommunications to its emergency response protocols to better respond to emergencies.

At a community meeting Sunday night in Prescott, the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office announced some Crooks Fire evacuees will be able to return home Monday, April 25, 2022, beginning at 3:00 p.m.

Officials with the Prescott National Forest say the Crooks Fire is now 15% contained and has so far burned nearly 3,100 acres. A Crooks Fire community meeting will be held Sunday, April 24th, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., at Embry Riddle University in the Hanger. The meeting will be live-streamed & the recording will be available afterward.

The Coconino County Sheriff’s Office has announced it will lift the “GO” evacuation order as of 9:00 AM Sunday morning April 24th, 2022, for the residents living in the neighborhoods along Highway 89. This includes the neighborhoods of Timberline, Fernwood, Wupatki Trails, Girls Ranch Road, and Lenox Park.

A Tunnel Fire Community Meeting will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 23, at Sinagua Middle School, 3950 E. Butler Avenue, Flagstaff. County officials say they’ll provide updates regarding fire conditions, potential flood risk, and evacuation status.
